In Won Buddhism, the practice of keeping a diary is an established method for practitioners to build a daily dharma practice and to bring practical change into their lives. Such a diary includes dharma journaling as well as recording mindfulness and practice. This series will provide step by step instructions on how to begin and maintain such a journaling practice, based on Sotaesan’s teachings.
The goal of this series is to help participants establish their own dharma journaling practice. With this practice, you can develop a deeper awareness both of your own tendencies and of the world around you. This awareness will help you cultivate greater serenity and clarity so that you may become wiser and more compassionate.
Each session includes a guided meditation, journaling instruction, and sharing.

- This group will be capped at 10 participants. When you register, please indicate which day works for you.
- Registration is required.
- Suggested donation: $60 for 4 weeks ($48 WB members)
