Reading material: Anger: Wisdom for Cooling the Flames

Join our 5-week online program on cultivating emotional wellness and learning to manage anger in healthy ways as we delve into Thich Nhat Hanh’s book Anger: Wisdom for Cooling the Flames. Throughout the program, participants are encouraged to read the selected material prior to each session for a richer experience and we will share comments, questions, and insights to cultivate wisdom and apply them to our daily lives.

The fee for the program is by donation, and you can click HERE to donate. All proceeds will go towards supporting our community programs, which provide essential resources and services to those in need. We appreciate your generosity and support in helping us make a positive impact in our community.

We invite you to commit to all five Tuesday evenings, but we also welcome you to join whenever you can!
