We invite you to our temple for a Half-Day meditation in peaceful silence.
Just as we can train our muscles for physical strength and ability, we can also train our minds for awareness, concentration, and resilience, which will lead us to deeper states of calm, peace, and insight. During this half-day retreat, we will explore our inner light and power through sitting, walking and chanting meditation, all which we can integrate into our daily lives and practice.
All levels of practitioners are welcome.
This program will be held in Noble Silence to help create an environment conducive to the development of concentration, compassion, and wisdom.

12:20 – 12:50 Meditation
12:50 – 1:05 Break
1:05 – 1:45 Meditation
1:45 – 2:30 Walking Meditation & Tea
2:30 – 3:00 Meditation
3:00 – 3:15 Break
3:15 – 4:00 Meditation

- If you cancel less than 7 days in advance of the retreat, a nonrefundable credit toward a future WBM temple retreat program is available.
